These are machined as nicely as the originals. The brass is ever so slightly heavier than steel. I changed several things at one time (not just these), but the difference in tone and sustain was huge. These a priced VERY well.

Very nice quality! The threads are are great fit to the inserts with little play. Very good machining on them! Nice fit in the groove to the stop bar! I highly recommend!
