The Gotoh GE1996T is the best of the high end licensed Floyd Rose tremolo models. Made with premium components…hardened steel baseplate, specially processed steel saddles, and machined brass trem block. Saddles are nicely rounded without any sharp edges. This is a very nice unit!
The GE1996T is a direct replacement for an Original Floyd Rose unit. Some modification maybe needed when replacing other licensed Floyd Rose tremolo models. Please check measurements carefully before ordering.

Essa ponte é simplesmente sensacional, qualidade foda, saddles são bons, afina muito bem, as molas são de outro mundo e essa alavanca com sistema de trava giratório com chave é fenomenal, facilmente recomendaria pra qualquer guitarrista que não quer gastar muito e quer uma ponte a nível das Floyd rose alemãs e das Ibanez!!

Best tremolo I have ever had. I got it to upgrade the Floyd Rose Speacial on my Jackson and there's a big difference with the tuning stability and comfort.

Gotoh GE-1996T
Got this as cheaper alternative to my usually Original Floyd Rose purchase. Gotta say this is every bit as good as an OFR. This even comes standard with a brass block. I'll even go as far as saying the chrome finish is better than any of OFR's I own. You cant beat this with anything else in this price range. Very well made and sounds great.

Made up of superior quality materials and excellent Japanese technology with very attractive finishing. Very accurate holding tuning of the guitar even on maximum pulling or pushing of the whammy bar. Excellent service of team “Philadelphia Luthier” on timely delivery of the item in very protective packaging. I procured this item for the second time from them and will. Performance of this tremolo unit is highly satisfactory. Almost zero error in used materials and manufacturing with high class finishings. I purchased this for one of my self manufactured custom Ibanez Prestige design guitar with s Sustainiac Stalth Pro and have smoothness accuracy and holding the tuning accurate perfectly like the Ibanez Edge Pro tremolo bridge manufactured by the same company, i.e., G. Goto, Japan fitted in my Ibanez JS2480. The services from Kenny and team of Philadelphia Luther Tools and Accessories is praiseworthy. Happy to place the second order for this and also give 5 Stars Ratting.

Excellent bridge
