Truss rod cover
I ordered an engraved truss rod cover for one of my lp custom shops and it was aligned wrong. When I placed the order I typed specific instructions on how I wanted it oriented. When I messaged to let them know they argued with me about it and wouldn’t refund/make a new one. The customer service is absolutely horrible!!! They said there were no instructions. I was very specific when I typed them out so there either was a glitch in the ordering system or they are lying either way I did not get what I ordered and they blamed the mistake on me. The customer service here is an absolute joke save your money and order from a reputable business!!! ADMIN- the customer order was for a right handed engraved text. He was upset when it was arrived as right handed. Apparently he meant to choose vertical. We offered to remake it a cost even though it was his mistake but that wasn't good enough.

Outstanding
I have purchased the custom engraved truss rod covers and the custom signature engraved truss rod covers for all of my Les Paul’s and all of my Gretsch guitars. Not only are the outstanding (and I get constant compliments thinking my guitars are custom) but they were shipped the same day. I asked a question and hours later I got a reply. Unbelievable service and a great way to customize your guitars. I only hate that my Fender Stratocaster doesn’t have a truss rod cover but I am thinking of adding one anyway.
