The custom text is permanently laser marked and is not a sticker or printed. The message will appear frosted white on chrome, gold and nickel plating. The message will look frosted gold(or tan) color on the black plating.
The plate will fit most guitar & bass necks that utilizing a standard 4 screw Fender neck plate. A black plastic neck plate gasket is available upon request.

Great Value for the money and excellent service.
I placed the order for this Sunday at dinner and nor long after I had an email asking if the design looked how I wanted it. I made one mistake and emailed them back. They fixed it and it shipped on Monday. It turned out great and if I do any more bolt on necks I'll be buying the custom again.

Not only did I receive my proof for an engraved neck plate within 20-30 minutes of ordering, but the order itself arrived in one business day (order placed on a Friday, received it on Monday). Maybe I got lucky, but that was completely unexpected. In any case, the neck plate looks excellent, just as advertised. It's high quality too. Not some cheap piece of tin. This has some heft to it.
