To make sure you are ordering the correct knob for your guitar look at the underside of your knob and compare it with the one pictured. The difference would be how far the knob sits above the guitar body when installed. Many vintage Gibson guitars have knobs that sit about 1/8" to 1/4" above the body. Many new models (except Gibson Historics) have knobs that sit flush with the body.

Amazing quality
These knobs are very nice, super high quality, almost the best. They look amazing, and I love the embossed numbers. I gave 4 stars because the embossed version are only offered with a (non-recessed) center post. In my opinion, knobs should not sit above the pots exposing the washer. However, this seems to be the norm today even with Gibson. I find this weird considering older vintage knobs had a recessed center post allowing the knob to be almost completely flush with the body of the guitar. I have still yet to find a similar knob with recessed center post.
