Only improvement needed would be some sort of offset handle to make it easier to do frets over body on a set neck guitar.

Great files, great price!
Hosco is my favorite fret file brand. They offer the best quality fret files on the market that aren’t diamond-grit, in my opinion and get better as you break them in. This set gets the job done for a great price. These go especially well with the Hosco fret end files. These files have different colored handles to indicate the fret sizes which is a nice feature. I highly recommend this set!!! *** Not good on stainless or EVO Golds.

I bought these files for remove lacquer from frets on the neck with lacked fingerboard because I needed to save my diamond files. But this file can be useful for fret processing. They less scrabble fret's surfaces than diamond file. There are so many factory made guitars with narrow frets on which I can use these narrow files. Also, I use these files for rounding and processing edge of the frets
