Metric String action gauge
Although I am uncertain of the difficulties the other customer had, I have no problems with the string gauge when using plenty of lighting--which is necessary for proper setups and repair work, anyway. The measurements are incredibly accurate up to roughly 0.12mm from my readings (for those curious.) This gauge is thin, light, fits in your wallet. and saves you a considerable amount of money compared to StewMac, so it's great for the price! The only complaint is that the edges are not very smooth, but these do not seriously damage the fretwire or cause incorrect measurements, so it's fine.

Poor Quality
You see in the photo how you are able to read the lines on the gauge? Well the gauge I received there was little to no black in the lines used for measuring. You could read STRING ACTION GAUGE - METRIC, but that's it. And I was given a hard time about returning it so I kept it cause it wasn't worth the effort. Admin - customer messaged me a picture of the item that didn't show any problems. His complaint is that the line are too thin to read against the shiny surface, for "his eyes". He was offered a return.
