Use this precision made aluminum sanding block for putting a radius on a fingerboard or leveling frets. With its heavy weight, extra thick external walls and double internal support, you can be confident that the radius and straightness will stay accurate for years to come. 9.5" Aluminum Radius Beam
As projects require, I pick up a specific radius beam. Just received the 9.5"R beam. I honestly think the quality is getting better on these beams. The older beams are great, no issue, but the new 9.5 beam seems to have a better finish overall. I'll order another beam as a different radius project comes along.

Excellent Radius Sanding Beam
I have two of these, 9.5" and 12" radius, They are a must for prepping fingerboards for re-fret, leveling inlays or binding. I plan to get a 16" next and that will cover most of the guitars I regularly work on. The last re-fret I did using the 12" beam, required very little work on the final frets, in fact (a first) I did not have to level and re-crown the Jesco Gold frets. Totally worth the money.

I love these sanding beams. Extremely accurate radius and perfectly flat lengthwise, and a couple inches longer than the other guy's sanding beam...which is really great. Better price too.

Great buy
I’ve gotten the 10” and 15” radius of these. Both absolutely perfect. If you have to radius a fretboard by hand these are the ones you want. Weight and length makes it go much faster and the radius is as accurate as you can get. Big plus is the are much cheaper than those other guys…
