The SGS510 MG-T is GOTOH's flagship super tuning machine with its 1:18 gear, precision fitted gears and high-quality finish. The MG-T uses an intuitive rear mounted thumbwheel locking mechanism for fast string changes.
We are are also selling the SGS510Z-A07 individually in another listing for custom post configurations.
Locking tuning machines will use a shorter post than non-locking tuning machines. The string posts are on average about 1/16" (2-3mm) shorter so you will have the proper downward pressure at the nut and increased tuning stability.

Gotoh 510SGSZ awesome!
I ordered the Gotoh for my custom gs mini Koa-E plus. They fit perfectly and greatly improved my tuning. They also look great! The order arrived on time and well packaged. Best Tuning Machines Available
I replace tuning machines on almost all of my guitars and there are many I love for their look or function, but when it comes to pure performance, nothing beats the Gotoh 510 series. Electric/Acoustic/6-string/7-string/Baritone/In-line/3x3/various buttons etc. - doesn't matter - they always deliver. They are smooth where other machines are not, they are more precise than others (regardless of ratio), they are much less likely to have "play" or require tightening, and they are more stable than others, especially when tuning down (you don't have to go below and come back up). This particular set was a 7-string reverse head stock, upgrading an Ibanez Premium from stock Gotoh 381's. Absolutely perfect - better for all strings, but especially noticeable on the low B, where the added precision is really needed. As far as I know, only Philadelphia Luthier Tools is offering this many configuration options. Just be sure to double check your head stock orientation and confirm which is left/right by looking at the front.

They do the job!
Had a couple of carbon fiber guitars with Gotoh 105s that I wanted locking tuners for. These are drop-in replacements and work great. I replaced the knobs with the rounded ones from the original 105s that came on the guitar. These are pretty expensive for tuners, but I couldn't find any others I knew would work for my guitars and I was happy to find these...
