This is part of GOTOH's high-performance SX510 series of open gear tuning machines. The SXB510 features GOTOH's Rock-Solid string post and a centering guide to accurately position the string post through the mounting base plate. GOTOH's unique design and manufacturing provides improved performance and durability not seen in open back tuning machines.

These Beat Any Waverly Tuner!
I just stuck a set of these on my Martin HD-28. Why I waited so long to dump the Grovers that came on it is beyond me. You'll need a bushing press if you don't want to chance messing up your headstock, but the cost is worth it. I just ordered another set for my OM-28! Try them, you'll love them!
