Great all round
The tuners are great. Beautiful quality, and the Cosmo Black looks amazing. The threaded version dropped straight into my Martin SC10e-02 (the stock tuners only have one screw and the hole lines-up perfectly, just needed to drill and screw one hole for each tuner.) The provided screws also match the finish. They really are top quality! They were in stock, so only took about 12 days to get down to New Zealand. Cheers!

SXN510V-06M-N
These replaced the original 1:14 Grover Rotomatic closed tuners on a Martin 1987 D16-M. The single screw hole in the back of the peghead, left from the Rotomatic tuner removal, was slightly further from the tuner shaft than the corresponding hole on the Gotohs, but I was able to install that mounting screw without difficulty. The Gotoh tuners weigh 1oz each, vs 1.6oz for the Rotomatic tuners, so there is a reduction in overall weight on the peghead of 3.6oz, just under a quarter pound. (It takes 9.6 Gotohs to equal the weight of 6 Rotomatics) The Gotoh washer is slightly smaller, barely exposing the witness left by the Rotomatic washer. Evidence of the Rotomatic on the back of the peghead is fully hidden. I would go this route again, vs using the Waverly or Grover open back, "butterbean" button style tuners with press-in adaptor bushing. This is a great upgrade for someone wanting the traditional open back, exposed gear, butterbean button vintage tuners. Install the nut with a 10mm deep well socket, or wrench. Don't risk your finish with an adjustable wrench. Philadelphia Luthier was spot on in terms of getting my order initiated and shipped, despite the Christmas – New Years' holiday period.

Gotoh SXN510V
I bought these for a dreadnaught guitar that I built. They are great, very smooth and well made. Just as good as Waverlys but a lot cheaper in price. The parts are machined, not stamped.

GOTOH SXN510V
I used these to replace Grover Rotomatics in a Martin 000-28. They fit perfectly, installation was quick and easy (I do have a lot of experience with this sort of thing). They work great and look great.

Great.
These tuners are directly comparable to Schaller Grand Tunes in looks and quality....but $30 to 40 dollars less.
